A custom managed IT plan with clear inclusions

Every business has a different mix of people, devices, locations and existing systems. We scope the environment first, then give you a written proposal with nothing hidden in the fine print.

Why we quote rather than publish a price list

A per-user headline rarely tells the whole story. Two businesses with the same headcount can have very different device fleets, security needs, locations, applications and expectations of support. We price the service after we've understood the environment, so the proposal reflects the work involved and doesn't rely on vague exclusions to make the number look good.

What shapes your proposal

  • People and devices. The users, computers, mobiles, servers and shared equipment we'll be covering.
  • Locations and working model. Offices, retail sites, remote staff and the connectivity between them.
  • Service scope. Managed support, Microsoft 365, security, backup, cloud, phones and strategy.
  • The current state. Documentation quality, legacy systems, existing suppliers and how much onboarding work is needed.
  • Support requirements. Operating hours, escalation needs and any on-site coverage.
  • Risk and continuity priorities. Security controls, recovery requirements and the systems the business can't do without.

What a managed service proposal normally covers

The proposal spells out the included services, the users and assets covered, who is responsible for what, the onboarding work, the ongoing monthly fee and any projects scoped separately. Depending on what we agree, that can include:

  • helpdesk support and escalation
  • monitoring, maintenance and patch management
  • Microsoft 365, identity and device administration
  • security tooling and day-to-day oversight
  • backup monitoring and recovery testing
  • vendor and licence coordination
  • service reporting and technology reviews

How quoting works

  1. Discovery call. We talk through your business, what's frustrating you and what you're hoping to change.
  2. Environment review. We confirm the users, devices, systems, suppliers and risks in scope.
  3. Written proposal. You get clear inclusions, responsibilities, onboarding steps and costs.
  4. Decision. Ask questions, agree on timing and proceed when you're ready.

There's no obligation after the proposal.
