Cloddy Pty Ltd is a managed service provider based in Surry Hills, Sydney. We work with businesses that need reliable technology and specialist skills, but don't want to coordinate a collection of suppliers or build an internal IT department to get them.
Fixing individual tickets is part of the job, but not the point of it. We bring support, security, cloud services, devices, connectivity and planning into one relationship, with clear ownership and a sensible path for improvement.

How we work
Understand the environment first
We start with the business: how people work, which systems matter, what causes friction and where things are heading. The technology plan follows from that, not the other way round.
Establish clear ownership
During onboarding we document the environment, agree who is responsible for what, deal with immediate risks and give staff a clear way to get help.
Operate and improve
We support your team day to day while monitoring, maintaining and securing the wider environment. Reporting and regular reviews keep priorities visible and connect the everyday service with longer-term decisions.
One team across the whole technology lifecycle
Cloddy can look after Microsoft 365 and cloud, cybersecurity, backup and continuity, devices, networking, business internet, phones, migrations, vendors and technology strategy. Projects can stand alone, but they're always designed to leave the environment easier to run afterwards.
